Place the unit 6–12 in (15–30 cm) away from the area you’re treating. Pick your mode from the Smart Touch display, then settle into a comfortable seat or stand while the light reaches your bare skin.
A solid place to begin is 10–20 minutes per area, ideally 3–5x per week.
